Black and white

Hello!

Today i want to show you a card i received from two different postcrossers. One came from Germany, and the other one from the Netherlands.

It's a black and white scene from New York's Grand Central Station, the train station that has more platforms in the world. I've seen it in some movies and it seems an elegant and a very huge place!

Both cards came beautifully stamped. The one from the Netherlands came with three stamps, the first one from St. John's gothic cathedral in Hertogenbosch, the second with Jacob's staff, formerly used in astronomy and navigation to measure angles and nowadays used mainly as a tripod; and the third one from a series of road safety education.

The card from Germany came with two stamps, one of a tagetes flower and the other with an angel bringing good wishes.

Thank you very much, Elonie and Verena!

Hello Postcrossers! Finally it's friday! Hope you all have a nice weekend!  I end the week with 4 more cards, two received yesterday and a couple more today. Here they go!

Yesterday's first one came from Russia. It was a great surprise because i had favourited it time ago in Postcrossing postcard gallery. Train stamps postcard, that came with two unique stamps. Thank you very much Kate!

Second one yesterday came from Nederland. It's a cool Sphynx breed cat, i'm so used to cats with hair that this one seems so odd! Sphynx cats seem to have no hair, but they have it, only it's very thin and short. Their appearance comes from a genetic mutation that happened in Canada in the sixties. Thank you very much John!

The first one from today it's an official card from Canada, my first one from the country! It's also one that i had favourited in my postcard gallery, beautiful landscape from canadian BANFF National Park situated in Rocky Mountains. It came with a cute polar bear stamp! Thank you very much Olena!

And last card has been a huge surprise. It came from Pamplona (Spain) from the first Pamplona - Madrid postcrossers meeting. In it you can see a monument symbol of Navarese freedom built in 1903. The statues in the middle represent work, peace, justice, autonomy and history. And the top statue is in memory of Navarra as historic kingdom of Spain. Thank you very much Soniasadin, Eriso and Victor!

Hello Postcrossers!
This weekend i decided to start collecting UNESCO world heritage cards.  For now i only have Borobudur temple in Indonesia, but that's a start point! It would be awesome to have all heritage list in beautiful cards! I joined two swaps, one from UNESCO cards and other Japan - rest of the world. It's the first time i join a tag swap. I've sent the cards today, hope they arrive soon!

Nice way to start the week, receiving a couple official cards!

The first one is from Blütenstadt, Germany. I love this city name, translated in english is Blossomtown. That's very interesting learning with each card i receive! Thank you very much Carina!

The second one is a cute Hello Kitty card from Nederland. It was a curious thing to learn that Dutch are the tallest people in Europe! I am 1m53cm myself, small girl! Thank  you very much Lenskee!
